These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AI Business Centers LLC ("AIBC") website, application forms, communications, and related services. By submitting an application or interacting with our site you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Serve

AIBC provides deeded AI-enabled commercial suites, financing coordination, credit-building guidance, and on-site technician support. Our offerings are available to legitimate business entities that can enter into binding contracts under applicable law.

2. Application & Approval

Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We may request additional documentation, perform identity/business verifications, or run credit reviews. You agree that information you provide is accurate and that we can contact you via email, phone, or SMS about your application, financing, or onboarding.

We reserve the right to decline applicants who do not meet underwriting, compliance, or availability requirements. Deposits and closing schedules are governed by your purchase agreement and any addenda (for example, the Management & Equipment Lease between Aero National Inc. and AI Business Centers LLC).

3. Acceptable Use

When using our website, CRM, or physical suites you agree to:

  • Comply with all applicable laws, zoning rules, and HOA/condominium covenants.
  • Avoid infringing, harassing, or abusive behavior toward our staff, technicians, or other owners.
  • Use AI infrastructure, credit systems, and communications tools only for legitimate business purposes.
  • Maintain the security of login credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

4. Payments & Financing

Payment schedules, bridge-financing terms, and trade-line reporting obligations are detailed in your purchase documents and any financing addenda. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access, late fees, or repossession per the agreements you sign. ACH is required for financed buyers unless otherwise approved.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By opting into SMS or email notifications you consent to receive transactional and service-related messages. Message frequency varies based on your pipeline stage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS or HELP for assistance; use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to stop promotional emails. Opting in to SMS is optional and is not required to purchase or submit an application, but operational messages (e.g., closing timelines and payment notices) may still be delivered through other channels if needed.

Wireless carriers and AI Business Centers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, though we monitor deliverability and will resend critical information through alternate channels when necessary.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, copywriting, graphics, and AI workflows are owned by or licensed to AI Business Centers. You may not copy, resell, or distribute these materials without written permission. You retain ownership of your own business data and content that you bring into your suite.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Business Centers LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or business interruptions resulting from your use of our website or facilities. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where prohibited by law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, unless another venue is specified in your purchase documents.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
